Well folks, it’s COLD outside here in Kansas! Like, I think it was in the ‘teens outside when we shot this session. OUCH! Sooo, when Miss Jocelyn and I started discussing locations for her family’s mini-shoot, we decided inside would be best! For both children, adults, AND photographer 😉 Cute Jocelyn and I have been able to get to know each other over the past year by working together in Church, and I have to say she is one of THE sweetest people on the planet. So considerate and thoughtful of others. Definitely the perfect mother of 4 {count ’em FOUR} beautiful daughters… aaaaaand a BOY on the way! If anyone can do it, Jocelyn can!

Here are a few of my favorites from their session… I am always a lover of color and shooting outdoors, but we went a completely different direction for this shoot and I couldn’t be happier with the results! And these wood floors, bare walls, huge window and ADORABLE subjects made everything come together! Loved it! And I have to say, shooting Jocelyn and her sweet hubby together was definitely my favorite part of the entire session {and consequently, my favorite images, too}. I absolutely melt when a husband just can’t get enough of his cute wife… even when a camera is pointed right at him, her hubby couldn’t care less! So, so sweet!
